A very small company

Meet the team.
It’s Jacek.

Six departments. One person. A shared coffee budget.

I’m building Szarik on my own, learning as I go. These are the different hats I wear—sometimes all in the same afternoon.

“It fitted in CAD.”

Turns sketches into parts. Then discovers which screwdriver cannot reach that screw.

“Checks the wiring. Again.”

Gives the robot sensors and motor drivers. Keeps the multimeter within reach.

“Questions those deadlines.”

Writes the code, reads the logs, and occasionally remembers to go outside.

“Found another bug.”

Has a difficult relationship with the developer. They usually work it out over coffee.

“Needs more whitespace.”

Makes the robot—and this website—feel like something you want to spend time with.

Jacek · Department 06

CEO

“Sets deadlines.”

Responsible for the vision, the budget, and explaining the budget to every other department.

Excellent internal communication.

Everyone is always in the same room. Team meetings occasionally happen while making coffee.

One real person. AI-edited portraits. The job titles are a joke; the learning is real.
